"Whether in charcoal, graphite (pencil) or 'wet media', drawing is my mindfulness and mediatation. This is also where I study form and expression. As I am naturally a draughtsman, drawing always comes first, and I include some sketches here, in various media, that have started 'en plein air' - studied from life in the great outdoors, and completed in studio".
